LfP (Learning for Performance)

Think about the last time you purchased something…

…did you buy it because of the product, the brand, or the salesperson? Do you think that somebody sold the product to you, or did you decide to buy it? Nobody pointed a gun at you to sell it, right? You, as a human with free will, decided to buy. This is why we are putting the human in the center.

The purpose of Learning for Performance (LfP) is to build a sales/business environment where being human-centric (creating meaning, caring about people, being honest to the customers, learning…) is not seen as a weakness or a kind of “cute teddy bear” thing. This platform exists to demonstrate that being human-centric is the key to peak performance.

We are doing it by focusing on the buying decision rather than the selling techniques. Through awareness and active listening, we look into the customer’s inner dialogue (the discussion we all have with our inner voice). The objective is to learn from this inner dialogue to improve the buying performance of the customer. And when it happens, it looks so natural that it appears effortless.

This blog offers posts with concrete examples (based on the experience of its founder) about how to unlock the intentional learning to understand the inner dialogue of our customers. And how to perform with this method on our daily business while facing daily business challenges.

Enjoy!
